I feel like I e read before that 25% of net profit is a good rule of thumb to set aside for those taxes, but what have you all found to be true? 

My husband, Dalton Pathkiller, and I, have been together for almost 3 years, married for 2, and we have two beautiful daughters.

But with that comes some challenges in getting through their record keeping to get to an actual and true P/L to start evaluating the CAP. 

I wouldn't call that a true "DSCR Loan" - especially considering that a ground-up construction property won't have any cash flow so DSCR would be negative or 0 numerator if you'd try to calculate it

There’s a lot of crap out there and some true professionals.Should you do it yourself?
