Kim,Your subfloor may be the plywood used to go over the joists and may be tongue and groove, if this is the case it may be tougher to replace.

Can be tougher if you don't have a platform or a business that benefits from doing so.  

If not, this is a much tougher deal. 

In general, the tougher the neighborhood, the better the rent to purchase ratio. 

That can be tougher to get based on experience as well as other business factors.

But sometimes I think when I pop on the wholesaling threads and people are talking about how much money they spend on direct mail etc.. if someone put that kind of money into marketing themselves as an agent.. there is no doubt they would get business and build a career.. where in Wholesaling its much tougher as there is more to it to make a successful deal  IE you MUST buy under market..

Properties with multiple mortgages and HOA liens are tougher, but still doable.

Account Closed  Tiny homes are nothing more than modified travel trailers or mobile homes.I looked at these years ago they were called park models at the mobile home manufactorers.these container homes are on their face since they are built with steel  much tougher  LOL and will last longer etc.the MFR one he is building St.
