The strange thing is sec 8 qualifies them for this amount since 5 kids requires 4 or more bedrooms.Consider that $1425 buys them a nice lifestyle with a pool and Jaccuzi, tennis courts, 4 bed, 2 bath, double garage and air conditioning.

Multiple pools, super 18 hole exec golf course (tough) jacuzzi, weight room, lawn bowling Professional softball field with all the amenities, 24 professional pickleball courts, tennis, lapidiary, wood shop etc, etc etc.
