The strange thing is sec 8 qualifies them for this amount since 5 kids requires 4 or more bedrooms.Consider that $1425 buys them a nice lifestyle with a pool and Jaccuzi, tennis courts, 4 bed, 2 bath, double garage and air conditioning.

This is for a townhome so should I factor in the community's amenities- pool and tennis courts but no fitness center?

Multiple pools, super 18 hole exec golf course (tough) jacuzzi, weight room, lawn bowling Professional softball field with all the amenities, 24 professional pickleball courts, tennis, lapidiary, wood shop etc, etc etc.

Took equipment (after a call to local dealers) and a champion quarter horse stud (after calling a relative who also had some champion qrt. horses who knew the horse and would buy it).

However, you, Scott Rowe, certainly championed them and, like I said, you should have told people that they're out there and to do your own homework. 

The reality is arbitrage tends to go away easily. there are some here who try to Champion it as a great way to invest.

Just put it like this you can get out negotiated  OR get a great deal and walk away a champion whether it's on the MLS or not !

For those who are somewhat familiar with Friedman, the above ideas seem very non-Friedman given how much he champions the free market.

I've made my choice to go with allied but taking the exam prep course with champions.
