In short RC had no internal review process whatsoever in prequalifying my deal as it would have been definitely rejected per Matt's analysis.

The mortgage originator did do a nice job of getting things moving fast but since him, i've been pulling teeth.

This particular build has nice exterior finishes but it does not include insulation, drywall, trim or paint on the lower level and has no second floor whatsoever. 

I doubt ALL perform like this, but there's no restraints whatsoever either - - it a hazard of that endeavor :sigh:

Whether you could say you did or didn't know doesn't really make any difference, because legally, unless she gets a court to say otherwise, she is just a guest of the lessee without having her name on that lease, and guests generally have no rights whatsoever outside of those legally granted by the lessee.
