Sounds like you were working with a Realtor who didn't realize that a POS was required.

Hi,I set up my 1st LLC this year for a rental and start to realized that I can't do the eviction by myself anymore. 

Now they have come to realize that the renovation costs are much higher than expected and are looking for suckers who would be willing to pay a lot for buildings that have sat empty for years and have blight liens against them?

We planned to close off the doors but realized if we do this, the other tenant will not have access to the basement where the electrical panels are. 

I even was able to attract better contractors once the projects were in nicer neighborhoods - all thanks to other people's money.I guess I never looked at the cost of the money (fees/interest) as a negative, since I realized that in order to experience growth, capital would be necessary.
