I have also heard that its better to have black or white appliances for long term rentals as they don’t show dents as much as stainless steel does, but the stainless-steel look is the look that surrounding rentals are going for.

Houses with that value in the rivertowns and surrounding areas may not command so much for rent plus finding those financial able and willing to rent it could be hassle-some. 

The single-family and multi-family homes are at a lower price point than most other neighborhoods in the city while still being a safe and nice place to live.Pleasant Ridge and surrounding zip codesHighly desirable area to live in for all age groups with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby.

There are more surrounding Orlando, but all those I mentioned have appreciated very well over the past few years. 

Other areas I also like in the surrounding areas for investments are Kannapolis, Concord, Belmont and Monroe.

Also considering that a lot of Winston and it's surrounding areas are still in need of, or currently going through development. 

Hillsboro Oregon is the number 1 Intel campus the most important campus in the company and the one that will never go anywhere. over the coming years there will be over 50 billion invested in the Hillsboro Ronler acres and surrounding area for up grades and new facilities and of course this will bring in support companies and expansion for Intel.

There are also a lot of benefits surrounding sustainability with those tiny houses and Colorado loves the environment and preserving natural resources.  

I'm more familiar with the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas, as well.
