I'm about to rent out my first property and would love a recommendation on an app to use to screen applicants, submit maintenance requests, and receive rent. 

There were some costs involved for demolition, making an application and a survey coming in around $30,000.One of the best parts of this deal was the “return on time”.

Has anyone denied an application that they've already approved?

I don’t have any affiliation with them, just thought I’d share as I think it is pretty much as cheap as you can find for paid softwares with good functionality.Payments take several days to process, but tenants can automate them which is nice.

If a student wants to attend a LEGITIMATE university but their background indicates they won’t be successful an ethical college will reject their application.  

Additionally, local real estate meetups and events can expose you to financing options, legal contacts, or strategies that are applicable no matter where you're investing.Remote investors often build their teams by reaching out to local agents, property managers, and contractors in their target markets.

We were trusting the PM with finding the renters/applicants.

Is there a Landlord application to fill out?

I think that line was a subtle shot against a lot of the competition who were founded by software folks or small scale real estate investors.
