Overall was a good experience but probably not what an investor would be looking for.

Unfortunately, I’ve run into a major issue: I received a Stop Work Notice on my property in Covington, GA, because I didn’t have the proper permits for the renovations.I want to resolve this as quickly and smoothly as possible without jeopardizing the project.Can anyone offer advice or share their experience with:1.How to address the Stop Work Notice with the local authorities?

•Meet state-specific experience requirements, at least a bachelor's degree with enough accounting credits, such as 30, to know a lot about accounting•Complete continuing education (CPE) annually to maintain their licenseCaveats:While CPAs have broad financial training and licensing, many of them choose to specialize in a niche such as auditing, advisory services, accounting and tax, or corporate finance for work.A lot of people say the BAR exam is easier than the CPA exam.

We cut that cost in half by training and certifying people on our team and it created a better experience overall.
