It's right next to the lifts at Heavenly ski resort which makes it attractive during the winter.

I Agree with @Dan Heuschele, all of the San Diego areas are highly valuable and Chula Vista is the second-largest city in the San Diego metropolitan area, the seventh-largest city in Southern California.

the MILDEW (for heavens sake, DON'T  use the word MOLD around tenants) will be gone.Stop by the Family Dollar store and spring $5 for a new liner.Leave the bottle of Tilex with the tenants. 

The first rent check was a couple days late (the son delivered it) and I had a brief discussion with him to see how we can make sure he A) pays on time from here on out and B) has a plan if, heaven forbid, something happens to his parents.  

On my way to accountant.. writing checks that I could have only dreamed of years ago when I started  If I could have only made that amount of money gross I would have thought I died and gone to heaven  LOL...
