I've scoured Forum & REI Educational Materials and come up with nothing. 

But the broker told me his list was huge and filled with viable prospects.I think you should try to network with as many brokers as possible, but continue to scour the internet.

Still scouring daily but depending on your goals and skill set you may have better luck than me.

Having the tenant paying your mortgage plus getting a little money on the side is a great start.I am new to the game as well, and have found that reading about how to find deals and scouring zillow and the public mls sites are only half the battle.  

I was involved in a foreclosure, so I shared my story, and engaged people with real life examples and quickly found out that I could avoid certain pitfalls by scouring the forums on subjects I was interested in.
