Ah it's back on Zillow now, the mgt company was updating it today so I guess it got refreshed. 1253 sargeant

I would literally just rake it and think of it as a Japanese garden

Starting rehab, rent adjustments, utility raise, Cap Ex projects, interior refresh.

Instead of gutting the renovated rooms, we took approaches like resurfacing the hall bath from pink to white tile completely refreshing the area and adding trim the existing kitchen doors as a way to dress-up the look.

The big tasks were getting rid of the popcorn on the ceilings, installing recessed lighting, replacing all of the flooring with LVP, new outlets/switches, bathroom refreshes with new vanities and lighting, new HVAC, new water heater, new windows, new paint, new stove, dishwasher and microwave.

I took this time to grow mentally and get refreshed for 2020. 2020 started and I fully intended to start marketing for more multi-family but I got really busy flipping.
