Having your corporation own a house and then having your father stay in it sets off some red flags in my mind...

Your agent needs to know what to look for in the CC&R's and what the red flags for rentals are. 

. * "It's a red state (land lord friendly)"* "rent to value ratio is attractive"* "growing populations, job growth and migration" I realize these remarks can be construed as anecdotal but they come up with frequency nevertheless.  

This was our first property, and unfortunately when we bought this property we were unaware that our mortgage statement would be subject to change as much as it did ($1200 increase) due to property value and negative escrow, now leaving this property well in the red month to month.

I haven’t come across that before personally so I was wondering if that’s a good thing or a red flag he’d be offering that?

It's about half a square mile of pipes, electrical work, sensors, chemical reaction vessels and towers, storage tanks, etc. 

Our PF cabin has good bookings for May, but we are currently in the red.

I would stay away from the areas in red.

From my clients experience here is a list of "Buyer Beware" red flags with hiring anyone...- If they do not have About us on their website - In the about us page there is no name- When you Google their name there is no reference to them ever doing the services you are looking for- So I have mentioned this millions of time - you get what you pay for.

Inspection (they attended) came back overall very positive with two possible red flags.
