And no I don't think there is much hope for major rebounds.. although some tourist trade and local farmers and such....

Even if the market rebounded and went up 10x after the down turn.......so how does that help you when you lost your CONFIDENCE and sold in the fire sale!  

If prices drop, then wait for them to rebound.

In 2024 we are seeing a strong rebound as the market purged the excess supply (at least in our primary market - Tampa) and purged a lot of investors who likely should have never been in the market. 

Financing for hotels is barely starting to rebound.

I would use about 200K to get me into as many creative finance deals as I can.......i.e. sub to and owner finance.....and lease option them and just cashflow until market rebounds......money now, money monthly and money later

And I do believe NYC will rebound in time. 

From what I can tell, Detroit is in a long-term rebound.

My risk appetite steers me away from storm impacted houses, especially on the rebound of Florida's HOI issues.
