We spoke to the owners about the managers - efficiency, cost control, trustworthiness, etc.After all that, we narrowed it down to this one management company owned by a wonderful woman who has been outstanding, and now her d-i-l is also doing an outstanding job.I do not think it is possible to select a good property manager simply by interviewing them.

So THERE is where you need to be to get in front of motivated sellers.Now all .. if you want to become successful you have GOT to NOT follow the herd.

And the trifecta which is kids are signing up for college in herds.

Women choose what house to buy.Tile's great in kitchens, halls, etc. but if you put it in a bathroom (especially at your $$ price point), you might consider adding radiant heating underneath.

This way you will not be in the herd of the "how low can you go" club scratching by and being used.

Might not be as much of an issues if you're boilers are creating radiant heat thru water pipes. 

i never herd of anyone getting sick from laminate at least not the home owners.
