Dear Members,I have 20 years til retirement and was wondering if the best approach for a prosperous retirement would be to start buying MFH and snowball rent into buying more MFH?

I have used LendingClub & Prosper before but they charge too much...I have heard you can get up to $100K personal loan through Lightstream for a longer period of time...anyone ever done this?

So unless you're in love with the property, if you have a qualified t/b, set up a Rent-To-Own, live long, and prosper.

@Robert C. yes true, that's why I try to keep in mind what has happened in 2008-2012 and build my business so it can weather a strom like that; even prosper.
