A bit pricey if you do only a few flips a year, but I'm going to give it a shot and seems if it's worth the monthly cost. 

I agree with John, we are seeing renovation costs of $150k- $200k for a basement unit and $250k + for a coach house. 

Typically, I also avoid paid education because there is so much free content.
