I have been thinking about investing into real estate for a few years and have started taking the first steps toward that goal recently.

I don’t think arbitrage is worth it - it’s kind of like the baby step into STRs that hook people into taking all the risk and doing all the work and missing out on 2 of the 3 reasons to invest in real estate: tax benefits and appreciation.much much better to buy and own your own STRs.  

So far so good and Marco who runs Norada has been extremely punctual and helpful as i've navigated next steps.

I will keep showing our worth, it will definitely be a step up for them regardless of the loss of reviews.

If an investor can create a Texas Series LLC for $350 and place each investment property inside a separate series at a cost of $27 filing fee, why not take this step to ensure that the problem of one property can’t flow through to the other properties?  

This is step one CYA for a buyer, who you are dealing with.

The areas you are looking in are a step below the most expensive so I have no doubt they are higher, but you are also looking at a small sample size when you only look at homes available for sale now.

They are not calculating, but also very deceptive that now when I look back, the whole three days training is a step by step scripted the process of selling, every single second of it.- I went to a top college and have a very stable career with great income.
