Does anyone have experience borrowing money in the US to build in Belize?

There are likely larger users out than than what I deal with, but at that SF at least in my world you are likely looking at multiple tenants, not sure if thats what you planned or not.additionally something else to consider is the cost of buildout on a med office space. depending if they are going to have x ray or not its not uncommon to see $500-$800K buildouts in my experience. 

Hello, anyone doing MYR in San Francisco or Sacramento who is willing to share their experiences ?

I don't think there are good stats on this, but I will guess in my experience less than 5% redeem.Why is that? 

In my experience, property management companies often lead to higher vacancies, higher maintenance costs, and lower rental income compared to competent self-managing investors.

It also takes experience in the asset class that you're raising money on.

And it took me some big learning experiences, but loved the road to where I am now.
