The FMR for a 6 BR house is over $1,800....one person's trash is another person's treasure!

I personally would stay away from condo-tels as they will be even worse and you'll have less opportunity to cash flow. 

I personally own in Racine, and I am expanding my portfolio into Milwaukee. 

I personally don't mind cooking on electric but I will say that cooking on propane is different than what most people know which is natural gas.

People want reliability, honesty, being on time, and having a good personality more than just a few $$.

@Malcolm Brown Are you planning to purchase a property in your personal name or via an LLC?

I financed this property using down payment funds from 403B and a local commercial bank. 15% down from personal funds. 85% down from community commercial bank. 3yr balloon, 20yr amortization, 7% interest rate.

Personally I will not work with them specifically due to this fee.
