I just closed on a SFH in SE inside-the-perimeter with a real estate agent who works with investors - Michelle Hollberg.  

It is insufficient to say you are a lender without describing what type of lending you do and the perimeters of that lending.

Here is a  brief summary of  proposed structural work:      The building  basement  perimeter  (inside)  will  need  to  be  dug  and  new  drain  tile  will  be  installed  along  with brick  foundation  wall  tuckpointing  and  water  proofing.
