Gravity furnaces is another pause for me as I typically will just take a pass on a place with it in or subtract the cost for full replacement into an offer.  

The way I see it is since everything is already lined up and ready to go there’s no sense in pausing with the hope I can build for cheaper in a year.What are your thoughts?

I think that the pandemic has given a lot of people pause about starting an Airbnb, but most owners I know in the Denver area say they're as busy as ever.
