I also look at the amount funded vs the value of the asset it is being attached to.

Because I was willing to walk away from the deal and had no emotional attachment to the house, I went back and forth on the price settling at 10% below their lowered price which was a total of 15% below the original asking price of $1,099,000.

I just thought this would get too messy for me with the new interest tracing rules for determining tax deductibility of interest expenses.This might be a better fit attached to a personal residence (I think the rate would be better too). 

Truly bizarre my experiences were always the opposite I would walk into a non payer and the place would be 90 degrees plus or if furnace needed a reset the oven would be turned into a space heaterBecause you are literally attached to these tenants and occupy the same building be as proactive as possible and keep your cool and deescalate to keep you safe too!  

There are plenty of Ubers, most will drive here, and you have no control over the people drinking on the road (Party Panhandle) nor the guests using your vehicles....I feel there is too much liability.
