congrats on your new passion...I used to play music up in Conrad and Shelby and Havre about 35 years ago (!)

I just play musical deadbolts.

He wears pink suits and his “music” sucks.

I’d love to get all the feedback I can , Ive read books such as rich dad poor dad, richest man in Babylonia, thinks and grow Rich , and currently in love with the podcast it’s replaced all my music in the car for a few months now and I feel I’m learning so much but nothing compares to the lessons I could learn from taking action.

Because you play monopoly till the music stops.

I've yet to hear loud music or see more than 2 cars over there.

Or complaints of "the guy in the other bedroom snores and it keeps me up" or the music is too loud, or "if he's late on the rent it's not MY problem".You get the idea. 

Find a broker you might want for to work once you’re able and approach them from a helpful angle - maybe you can help them set up an open house, help staging before photos, composing mailing lists, social media marketing ... pretty much an intern.

All it takes is one family blasting music to spark a fight (going through this now).
