As such you could look into pooled money vehicles and other areas in your local market.

If it is to learn the process, I say go for it, if it is to earn a higher return with less work then I would say there are better vehicles for that.

If all your tenants each have two vehicles then the last tenant to rent only gets one space.

Because you never know what life is going to throw your way, and real estate is the only investment vehicle that I’m aware of that can actually replace your monthly income while providing hope for the future.

However, the rest of the parts on a condensing unit i.e. fan motor, contactor, capacitor, wiring, etc. are universal. 

Once I graduate I will have about 10-12k in savings, 0$ college debt, 4 paid off vehicles that are all pretty new, and a mortgage of 230k that's currently worth 350k in my hot Sacramento market.

These would be things like business mileage on your personal vehicle, a home office, maybe your cell phone and internet, etc. 

In my state of Georgia, the mobile home is under the division of motor vehicles.
