Maybe for mansions, LA modern boxes, estates.  

People are going for the modern look.

It's in a hot town with lots of young professionals, so I am going for a clean modern look.

Very interested in learning more about rental properties and taking the dive.Also interested in learning more about the challenges serial investors have to see if there's opportunity for technology to improve the process.Can't wait to learn more about the industry and to start our first project.

The barrier is not technological capability - there are 10s of thousands such buildings in Europe {search on Passivhaus} - but lack of will (economic and political).Equally important, and potentially more difficult problem to solve, is retrofitting of existing building stock to achieve significant energy use reductions in a cost effective manner.  

I should disclose I've spent the last five years in a technology sales role, and have grown to be the highest producer in our southern region.

I am majoring in Manufacturing Technology Management with a minor in Agricultural and Industrial Engineering Technology. 

I believe this not only because of our tax structure, but also because of increasing job instability and the impact on jobs from technology and automation.
