I was in the military, in Florida, in the dead of summer, in a barracks with no air conditioning.

Many of the German landlords around military bases are used to working with Americans and therefore capable at communicating in English.

Being in the military, I do have the VA at my disposal, but I am absolutely in need of more financing education before I can decide on what I would like to pursue. 

@Demario Scott If you are/have been in the military it makes more sense to use VA on a multifamily over conventional or FHA. 0% down payment and no mortgage insurance on up to 4 units.

we've been looking in and around college and military bases and there are some decent opportunities IMO.

Most importantly, does any of these submarkets have any economic anchors  like state government, major universities, major health care centers, or manufacturers that are independent of the economy like military suppliers that employs most of the residents of that submarket?

So I just retired from the military last December so before I get tied down by another job I want to give 100% to real estate but I need help. 

Total true taxes I believe are the same & then personal situations apply (STAR, enhanced, military etc)
