Not one of them is "assigned" to the garage spot and it appears to be a first come first server mentality in whatever arrangement they have with each other. 

I was never  able to do this prior to a trustee sale and I think it might be difficult given the mental state of many facing foreclosure but not impossible..You really have to do your best to estimate the loan balance on the 1st using whatever information you can get.

Background: I was always interested in accumulating wealth at a young age, but fell victim to the cookie cutter mentality of 1) go to college 2) get a good job 3) and die.

Maybe it's a SFR vs commercial mentality?

Right now I'm hitting a mental road block on how I can make this work.

But I can't even say how much they have helped me with getting over some mental hurdles and giving me the mojo to get out there and get that first deal going.

The tenant is back from a mental health stay, threatening neighbors at 4 AM, etc.

If anyone has ever experienced bed bugs, you know how mentally affected you can become.

Jose, that seems like a terrible idea to start wholesaling. unless u want to start investing. a wholesalers mentality and realtors mentality are diffenrent. many brokers invest also.  

Mentally I feel ready to begin investing.
