I have bought probably no less than 100 foreclosures with IRS liens.. they are my favorites and the ones I target because most investors need to secure up loans post sale and we could hold in cash and let the irs sunset.. less competition and most of the times I steamed right ahead and remolded and by the time I was done doing that and marketing the house for resale the 150 days was up anyway..
