What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

If you're looking for long term buy & hold, there's money to be made. - Renting in this area is solid, I've gotten what they call B class tenants and more or less they've been great.

Did they require you blueprints and plans be reviewed and made to conform to their standards?

Still haven't made that decision and not convinced I want both places...maybe a condo in the city and a ranch home in the country? 

I could likely see many things from the TCJA being made permanent, mostly procedural items like the higher standard deduction and child tax credit (Plus eliminating exemptions).

Progress has been made since the 2022/23 highs but need to further come in.

I think they used to be more helpful in the past and they made some changes and now they're not so valuable.I see weird and different values for my Airbnb stats depending on if I'm using my laptop or phone to view them.

The lender Bank was being bought by a larger and needed the non-performing loan off of the books made the deal even sweeter. 

My wife and I have a child as a member on each property(last man standing gets it all).
