They are often NEAR or if not near then AFFILIATED with a medical institution such as a hospital.

Does anyone have a lead or knowledge of a reputable institution to place a HELOC on the investment property?

I’ve already begun my research to find an institution that would fit the bill for these.

Typically, I believe if she didn’t actually adopt you that that the property, as per state inheritance laws, would go to her siblings, if she has no other children, and no spouse.
