In my experience, my tenants are human, they pay late sometimes and are short on money sometimes.As a property owner, it's your responsibility to send them notices that they need to pay, not only does this protect you, but it protects your customer, your tenant.

Probably not....Do they have any REAL proof that the kids vague illness has anything to do with the living conditions..... noHave you done everything humanly possible to correct the issues and prove that the house is safe to live in?......

Many of them are in negative equity situations, poorly rehabbed, and have a with a home they can't sell or rent to a decent human being.

The fire incident report says that it was oil at the stove that started the fire and added "alcohol / drugs" as a human factor.

For rehab experience, you might consider volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, they might better accommodate your schedule.

Only human intervention would figure this out.

Just a thought, but keep in mind the board is made up of humans and they all have wants and also have reasons they they don't want to be in a rental community.

I emphasize free because you'll never get through the body of free knowledge out there in 10 years.
