I have 24 units and I'm also in the process of evicting one of the tenants and I don't want to look like a jerk by not extending the same courtesy to them, but they've just been such horrible people and abusive to my building I don't feel like giving them a damn thing.

Honestly, our income and our bills are such that it won't take a tremendous amount of passive income to replace our current income and keep us living at the level we're at now, which, while not great, isn't horrible, either.

Overall the house looks good, except they painted 3 rooms. 1 room they did have my permission but the paint job is HORRIBLE in all three rooms.

Thankfully I was able to convince the buyer to transfer his file to a local mortgage company that was able to get the loan commitment taken care of in 1 week and somehow we made it to closing after dealing with an irate listing agent and horrible experience with US Bank.

But as I read everyone's horrible sob stories, when I'm done wiping the tears from my face, I think that they'd be better off dealing with a landlord directly because they won't clear anyone’s application process around here.Of course then I think about the BP community and I say there's no way in hell most BP landlords would let these people stay in their homes.
