Those you can leave few at dry cleaners, auto repair shops, hair salons etc.With the exception of contacting FSBO And for rents, when you're doing free to low budget marketing it's mostly letting people know you're out there and what you do and essentially waiting for the phone to ring.

Fannie Mae's title company has offered "affirmative coverage" which is not appropriate for this situation because the title will still not be marketable.

Of the 17 that are rented the rent last year was a hair under 91kExpenses totaled just a hair over 30k not including mortgage.Asking price is 945k, which for that income is laughable in this area and would make my lenders lose faith in me.
