It's very common for buyers to get nervous about sewer line issues due to how costly the repairs can get.  

But, if you had a particular property in mind elsewhere I'd be happy to analyze it to show you it to get your honest opinion. 

Another effective strategy I use is a "Book 2 midweek nights, get the 3rd free" deal.

I've been managing 70+ midterm rentals for over 3 years and we have never housed a traveling nurse - in our area, their stipends (or what they are willing to pay) are much lower than we can get in rents with other prospective guests/tenants.Utilities are included at all of our properties and that is common practice here. 

Hi Gege, I would recommend listening to some of the podcasts from BiggerPockets, they really help a lot when you are getting started.

And what you've also seen is people that were renting 3 bedroom cabins are now deciding they can get by with the smaller one and two bedroom cabins.

I would get rid of it due to the liability.Also who would be responsible for lugging firewood upstairs?
