So, now I'm reading and listening to books, gathering my thoughts, and getting ready to start the climb.

One idea I have is to "shadow" a real estate investor (although I am not entirely sure how to go about asking for / finding this kind of opportunity), but I am wondering if anyone has insight into other ways to gain a comparable level of experience.If anyone has insight into any or all of these topics, I would greatly appreciate the feedback.

I said nothing rude, no name-calling, no slights, just feedback on a relatively nothing post about wholesaling.When our posts are censored because people have hurt feelings, and their posts are left there with blatant insults, something is wrong under the hood.

I would like to learn as much as possible and get any feedback or insights from investors in my area.

I've told them I'm unhappy with this and requested an appraisal by a NEW company, and even offered to pay for it... but they are saying no - I need to go with the current appraisal or they can't move forward.I'd love any thoughts/feedback/ideas you may have on what to do here.
