I can definitely see why analysis paralysis can freeze a lot of people from breaking into the real estate game at all.A couple of you have made comments regarding credit, and I actually have some questions about that... 

The huge problem is melting snow flowing onto the steps/sidewalk then freezing. 

My brain freezes because I just don't know how to properly start off.

All I think about recently is how I have failed to capitalize and what have I done to cause this freeze and inaction in myself. 

Just waiting for the weather to stay above freezing for more than 3 days at a time.

I find it completely unethical, spiteful, and flat out disgusting to use this crisis and rent freeze to their advantage when it's intended for those who have lost their source of income and/or are dealing with life and death with themselves or their loved ones.

We don't have a freeze on evictions, but the state supreme court declared a judicial emergency.

As deals are falling through, loans are freezing, and skepticism is increasing, you likely have time to analyze your own budgetary numbers.
