If you take the past 50 years the dow Jones has increased almost 30 fold, whereas the median home price has increased about 10.

This quest is two-fold: 1. to seek out investors that I can assist with their transactions and 2. to seek out investors that I can learn from as I would like to start investing myself.

My thought is two-fold.

There is now a huge shake out of the various platforms, and RealtyShares folded late last year.

Many of which fold up over these taxes and regulations.Location- Since cannabis is the most regulated industry in agriculture finding ideal locations is a tough task.

The mastermind group was orchestrated through BiggerPockets, upon purchase of the 90 days of intention journal before the New Years, groups of 4 were set up, the price of the journal was worth the price alone, thanks @Brandon Turner, but the mastermind was a huge added bonus and worth 10 fold.

They gave me a pass to the on site washers and dryers for the weekend, as much as I wanted to wash, and yep, I still had to wash and fold and hang. 

Believe me, the extra $15-20k you'll pay for a B prop will come back to you ten-fold in lower turnover, lower move out costs, lack of Section 8 red tape, and general peace of mind.

I am folding my video company, so no more 1099 income.
