Is that amount worth risking at this time potentially having to pay from your primary residence?

I look at real estate as fixed income with the goal of 50/50 fixed income (real estate) vs. index funds.

You could say you want something within a $$ amount but if it's going to cost more then you miscalculated the budget.

Since the last time I was online, I have grown the investing to fix and flipping and a portfolio of 4 properties that are producing passive income.  

And of course collusion to keep bidding amounts down was alive and well. its illegal as hell but done all the time.. there was a group in NC that got tagged by the FBI back in the middle 2000s and it cost them 800k fine dont think they went to jail though..

My original loan amount is $323K, balance left $319K at 7% and 28 yrs and 8 months left.

If you like the home, area etc, you could refi and pull out the same amount of money.

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Due to the market conditions I wanted to have a good amount of equity in the building so I only refi'd 50% of the purchase.
