Repairs at about $10K to make it into 2-2bd2bath and some minor exterior work.

Both structures need exterior paint; 5.5k, only main house needs interior paint; 1.2k.

We just painted a another house a medium gray with white trim and I loved it. Can we do that here or does the roof ruin it? Any other color suggestions appreciated.
