I think the biggest things that encompass my thoughts; ensuring the rehab goes as planned, finding a good Tennant, and making sure I am able to file taxes appropriately.

Also, "Baltimore" has a very far reach--meaning that the area that encompasses Baltimore includes both Baltimore City and Baltimore County and there are different investment prospects in each.

I managed a large portfolio of properties for all types of landlords and investors, eventually working my way up to run all of their operations in Colorado which encompassed 2,100+ units, 40+ employees, 3 regional offices and hundreds of investors. 

Maybe you can create a Meet-up group that encompasses NY and the surrounding areas, NJ, PA and test trial if people would be interested in a meeting on a monthly or even a quarterly basis.

I'm not sure you can find any books on the topic that would encompass what is spelled out here on BP, particularly in this thread.

Which means your goals and her goals are most likely different especially when you encompass the paths in which each of you want to get there by.

It seems inaccurate to me considering that Pittsburgh, Pa has over 300,000 population, but under Weirton-Steubenville under which the encompassing combined statistical area including; Pittsburgh-New Castle-Weirton, PA-OH-WV combined statistical are shows 120, 520 population in 2015.
