I can’t see what else another PMS could offer that Hostaway doesn’t.

We all have different financial situations, lifestyles, risk tolerances and goals so what would be a good investment for one person might not work for someone else. 

Anyone else out there started out flipping by jumping into the deep end?  

or someone else like CPA etc. should initiate the process?

Outsourcing the 3000 would cost me .277 more per piece but that doesn't take into account my time, wear and tear on my equipment, 3 trips to the post office, making a total mess of my office, etc.Put another way, knowing I can only do about 40 per hour tops times the .277 per piece I save by doing it myself, comes out to $11.08 an hour.  

If you sell, will you invest the proceeds in something else for example the stock market?

If it were more than three years ago and everything else on their application was perfect, then I would consider it.However, I've never seen that in 15 years of management with hundreds of rentals and thousands of applications.

You could be looking to invest, as an LP, in someone else's syndication.

Not really sure what else to say except find better deals and or go to a different market.
