It's been a journey of discipline and learning, and I believe I'm now at the stage where I'm ready to start actively shopping around for real estate investments.However, embarking on this path is both exciting and daunting.

An investor agent is a wonderful resource for investors at all stages of their journey.

All the risk is on top of you, and no matter if you win or lose, they're going to tax you at each stage. 🥲😅.I did my first deal remotely in Ohio, but haven't sold it yet, since that region doesn't have too much population.

Even if you're still in the thinking about it/planning stage, it will be helpful to get a very realistic idea of where you stand and what your options are. 

-Stage the property or consider virtual staging.Timing:-Be mindful of real estate market seasonality and major holidays can distract buyers from noticing your new listing.

I feel I do need a mentor and or an accountability coach to help me through the beginning stages of my real estate journey.
