What do other property managers consider, actually do, or add to their tenant screening criteria to cover retirees?

Not going to be anything crazy but will get you in the door. 

They do not just stop paying because there is a door knob loss, or a smoke detector missing a battery.

Occasionally you can knock on the door and tenant will let you in, or maybe even the owner, but that is probably more rare.

Hi LaSha, I'm a semi newer investor myself but I've managed to scale to 9 doors across Memphis and Detroit.

Note that a few months after that date rates started to rise and quickly got to over double what I got on these purchases which would significantly increase the P&i.
