At least get in the ballpark and using the Commercial Offer to Purchase contract, use the Approval of Inspection contingency to allow renegotiation of the price upon actual discovery of issues.

I understand both sides of it.Sometimes regardless of what people are told they have to go through the process of self discovery and reaching their own conclusions about the effectiveness or NOT of certain techniques used for investing.The reason bandit signs are not talked about much these days is they have fallen out of favor in many parts of the country.In some areas there might be an ordinance against stationary signs but not moving ones or having a person hold a sign on a corner for so many hours etc.
