And has quite the story to share with the court....He claims that he is the sole owner of the home and that I am a scam artist trying to kick him out of his own house that he has owned for 5 years. 

My nights and weekends have been almost entirely devoted to real estate over the past couple months as I am absorbing as much content as I can through BP, books, podcasts, etc. as well as taking classes online to earn my CA real estate license.I have to say I am a huge fan of the BRRRR strategy at the moment and would like to get into the buy and hold rental income investment arena...particularly with MFH investing.

@Derek Smith Try posting in Facebook groups in your area devoted to people looking for places to live. 

@Wendy Schultz - If I could devote more time either to the management or fixing a place up, I'm sure I could make the numbers work, but I suppose that what I'm really looking for is a cool place to vacation, not a new project.

Additionally, with my full time job I will not have much time to devote to this in the next 2 months or so.

This guy is all over Facebook trying to scam people.

Traveling for the past year in Southeast Asia and a bit of Africa has done a good job of getting my guard up against scams, haha.

Don't do it, it's a scam.

I thought I was all set with loan forgiveness based on the original loan origination date, but then I learned that because I consolidated loans a few years after graduating to take advantage of lower rates, the clock restarted.I also learned that the "income based" repayment program is a scam.
