There are several members who are high quality mortgage brokers, pick their brains and listen to their advice. 8)

Pick their brains for who are the investor friendly realtors, there might even be one that's a member of that group.

I'd love to grab some coffee and pick your brain.

As usage drops, prices will drop.There are several (VIABLE) ways to decrease our usage of oil:1: drive less2. drive smarter, smaller, more efficient vehicles3. develop alternate fuels, not viable short term, maybe 20 years out4. develop new technologies, maybe, maybe not, I think once our smart brains start working on this we may see big changes5. drive smarter, YOURSELF.

Also, meeting with an exxperienced and investor friendly realtor later this week to pick his brain and see if there is a way we can work together in a mutually beneficial way.

Not gonna happen If they have half a brain they can figure out how to get there own, and even though these companies sware they wont let your realtor sign up after you have introduced them to it, They will.
