I don’t have an STR myself but have helped a friend set up and manage a couple last year and it’s not as simple as it used to be. 

We moved a couple of people in by the room and had our bills, mortgage paid for and even our grocery bill.

I struggle with that myself.Insurance broker - I can introduce you to a couple of great agents, but they are not on Bigger Pockets, so I cannot tag them.

Me and my girlfriend recently moved into a home we are renting along with another couple in the separate basement unit.

I had to add a couple more counties to my lists, and still very slim.
