A word of caution to everyone it seems like the corona virus is bringing in some scum! 

Another day of record coronavirus cases and hospitalizations and several countries, states, and localities responding with activity restrictions seems to have served as a reminder of that.

I totally agree with them but now my concern is that the tenants will go with the whole 'I got coronavirus issues, I can't pay the rent, and now I'm going to stay in your place for free.'

Hotels, multi-tenant retail, and seniors housing are the product types that have been hit the hardest by the coronavirus recession.
