@Daniel Suarez  There's a very real danger of electrocution in that water, so be sure that the power to the house is shut off before you go diving in.  

He said a cabinet shop that employs 200 of the 1,200 residents in Cottonwood is shutting down, so that is probably an area to avoid.I agree with @Dick Rosen. 

I know you can typically do it still in unincorporated county areas across the state but at least up North it is basically shut down.I would love to open one in West or South Fort Worth where there is open land and economic levels aren't high.

They're basically shutting down after this season, and we heard they wanted to list.

Sorry @Mindy Jensen   I am a w2 wage earner but I also  maintain my church 2 acres, bushes and flower beds for money for 22 weeks out of the year and put in some color during winter. 

So I bought a house last week that is currently encroaching a good bit on the neighbors (Church's) property.

I'm not entirely sure the product continues to be developed given their asset tracking still says "coming in 2017" but the site continues to operate so I'm going to reach out to the company to see where things are at and whether there's legitimate concern over the product shutting down. 

I asked the typical questions (is it staying cold, shutting off, leaking, etc.).

Key is if the tenant is strong on the personal guarantee and has high liquidity and net worth.Most business owners are not absentee but owner operators.Even if sales are down but personal guarantee a landlord can usually negotiate a hefty early lease termination fee for the operator to shut the business down.
