This could be media, filtration at various micron including possibly activated carbon and I use a softener and potassium chloride for regenerative.

Any provided fire extinguishers, security alarm systems, and/or carbon monoxide detectors have also been inspected by the Tenant and are in sound working order.

IMO smoke alarm & carbon monoxide battery changes were a great opportunity.

Carbon Monoxide running through the home gives me the heebie jeebies, and the chimney ruins the layout of the kitchen.

It increases my productivity tremendously, lowers the mileage I put on my car, saves on gas, lessens my carbon footprint, etc...
